The short answer

On September 4, 2026, Zoho made Zoho Tables part of Zoho One at no extra cost. It's a spreadsheet and database in one, for organizing data, tracking work, automating workflows and building dashboards. If you're on Zoho One, you already have it; you just need to add it from your app list.

Zoho Tables is now part of Zoho One at no extra cost. It's a spreadsheet and database in one, built for organizing data, tracking work, automating workflows, and building dashboards.

It comes with more than 60 ready-made templates for things like projects, approvals, inventories, and campaigns, and you can add it straight from your Zoho One app list.

What changed

Zoho Tables is now included in Zoho One, with no separate plan or billing, and Zoho One customers who had been using it on a separate plan can move to Zoho One's version. It combines the familiar feel of a spreadsheet with the structure of a database, without any code. Zoho lists it as available for Zoho One accounts in its US, Canada, India and Australia data centers.

You can link tables to each other and switch between Grid, Kanban, Calendar and Gallery views. A Form view collects information from teammates, vendors or customers, even if they don't have a Zoho Tables account. Automations can run when a record is added or updated, or on an hourly, daily or weekly schedule. It works with Zoho CRM, Zoho Cliq and Zoho Social, and connects to other apps through Zoho Flow or Zapier.

Why it matters

Zoho's announcement describes the problem Tables is built for: as a team grows, trackers for projects, approvals, inventories and campaigns spread across many spreadsheets, files get duplicated and updates get missed.

If you're on Zoho One, Tables is already included, so it's worth looking at which of your team's spreadsheets could move into it.

Frequently asked questions

How do I add Zoho Tables to my Zoho One account?
Log in to Zoho One, go to your app list and add Zoho Tables. There's no separate plan to buy.
I already pay for Zoho Tables on a standalone plan. What happens now?
When you add Zoho Tables from Add Applications in Zoho One, you'll be asked what to do with your existing portal: migrate it to Zoho One and keep your current data, or create a new portal and start fresh. Zoho says existing data stays intact, and support@zohotables.com can help with the move.
Can I bring in my existing spreadsheets?
Yes. You can import data from your device, a cloud service or a URL, so you don't have to rebuild trackers from scratch.
